About

Strategy and care, applied to sustainability work

Rikke Lundsgaard works at the intersection of sustainability, organic transformation, events, and project coordination. Through RVL-CPH, she helps organizations create meaningful progress with clarity, structure, and care.

With more than three decades in agricultural and environmental policy (most recently as Senior Agricultural Policy Officer at the Danish Society for Nature Conservation) and as Project Director of Organic Summit 2025, she pairs deep subject knowledge with the practical craft of running complex, high-stakes events and projects.

Her approach is practical and grounded: understand the ambition, map the realities, and build a path that people and partners can actually follow. The result is sustainability work that holds up: in planning, on the ground, and after the event is over.
